MILL POWER AND TOOL ROOM LATHE
The position requires a combination of NC and conventional machining techniques to perform prototypes, fixtures, reworks, and smaller quantity jobs.
All programming is done manually on its control panel. Due to the challenging nature of this position, the candidate must be independent, resourceful and have a broad skillset as every job is unique and may present different issues.
EXPERIENCED MACHINIST (5+ years in Aerospace and Defense)
Setting up all jobs on the CNC and Conventional production machines and assuring proper quality control.
From reading and understanding all drawings and paperwork, to monitoring the production process, the machinist will be responsible for product conformity which includes the first article, in-process inspections, and the final part acceptance.
